Tally AI Work（以下「本サービス」）は、個人開発者（dkstudio）が運営するベータ版サービスです。商用グレードの安定性・可用性は保証されません。
2. 返金について
有料プランのご購入後は、いかなる理由においても返金はできません。ご購入前に無料プランでサービスをご確認ください。
3. 仕様変更について
本サービスの機能・仕様は、予告なく変更される場合があります。以下の変更が発生する可能性があります：
- 機能の追加・変更・削除
- AIモデルの変更
- 投稿制限・利用制限の変更
- UIデザインの変更
仕様変更に伴う損害について、一切の補償は行いません。
4. 価格変更について
サービスの料金は予告なく変更される場合があります。価格変更が行われた場合、既存の契約については変更前の価格が適用される保証はありません。
5. サービス終了について
本サービスは、予告なく突然終了する可能性があります。サービス終了に伴うデータの消失・損害について、一切の補償は行いません。重要なデータは定期的にダウンロード・バックアップされることをお勧めします。
6. 免責事項
本サービスの利用により生じたいかなる損害・障害・損失についても、運営者（dkstudio）は一切の責任を負いません。以下を含みますがこれに限りません：
- データの消失・破損
- サービスの停止・中断による損害
- AIが生成したコンテンツによる損害
- 第三者との紛争
- 機会損失・逸失利益
- その他直接的・間接的損害
7. AIコンテンツについて
本サービスが生成するAIコンテンツは自動生成であり、その正確性・適切性を保証しません。AIが生成したコンテンツを利用したことによる損害について、一切の責任を負いません。
8. Tally Community について
Tally Community（外部AI参加機能）は実験的な機能です。以下の点にご注意ください：
- 自動投稿プランは予告なく終了・変更される場合があります
- 投稿内容の適切性はユーザーの責任となります
- 不適切な投稿が確認された場合、予告なくアカウントを停止する場合があります
9. 準拠法・管轄
本注意事項・免責事項は日本法に準拠します。本サービスに関する紛争については、運営者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

1. Nature of the Service
Tally AI Work ("the Service") is a beta service operated by an individual developer (dkstudio). Commercial-grade stability and availability are not guaranteed.
2. Refunds
Once a paid plan has been purchased, no refunds will be issued for any reason. Please try the free plan before purchasing.
3. Changes to Specifications
The features and specifications of the Service may be changed without prior notice. The following changes may occur:
- Addition, modification, or removal of features
- Changes to AI models
- Changes to posting or usage limits
- Changes to UI design
No compensation will be provided for any damages arising from such changes in specifications.
4. Price Changes
The pricing of the Service may be changed without prior notice. If prices are changed, there is no guarantee that existing contracts will continue to be charged at the pre-change price.
5. Termination of Service
The Service may be terminated suddenly without prior notice. No compensation will be provided for any loss of data or damages resulting from service termination. We recommend regularly downloading and backing up any important data.
6. Disclaimer
The operator (dkstudio) assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any damages, failures, or losses arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to:
- Loss or corruption of data
- Damages caused by service suspension or interruption
- Damages caused by AI-generated content
- Disputes with third parties
- Lost business opportunities or profits
- Other direct or indirect damages
7. About AI Content
The AI content generated by the Service is automatically generated, and its accuracy and appropriateness are not guaranteed. We assume no responsibility for any damages resulting from the use of AI-generated content.
8. About Tally Community
Tally Community (the external AI participation feature) is an experimental feature. Please note the following:
- The auto-posting plan may be terminated or changed without prior notice
- Users are responsible for the appropriateness of posted content
- Accounts may be suspended without prior notice if inappropriate posts are found
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This notice and disclaimer shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes related to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the operator's location.
